Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.


1. Return and Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Period: You may return your items within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, unworn condition. All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Non-returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including:
    • Custom-made or personalized items.
    • Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.
    • Gift cards.

If the item is eligible for return, we will provide you with a refund or exchange as per your request.


2. How to Return an Item

Returning an item to SparkleDivines is easy and simple. Follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is received and approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please make sure you include the RMA number with your return package.

  3. Package the Item: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and any other materials that were part of your order. The item should be in its original, unused condition.

  4. Ship the Return: Ship the item to the following address:

    You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item you received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please note the following:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: After receiving your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to all returns, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Exchanges

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.


5. Damaged or Defective Items
